General terms

I will only hold 10 commission slots at a time. (This is subject to change in the future)

I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

You must be 18 or older to commission me.​​
Payment

Currency is only accepted in USD and will be paid through Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.

Commissions will be paid upfront.
​

Do not send any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.​​
process & delivery

An extra fee will be included if no reference are included.

All commissions will be done on a pixel canvas size 3000x3000 (10x10 inches), 4800x2700 (16x9 inches), or 3300x2550 (11x8.5 inches) at 300 ppi.

Complex designs or backgrounds may result in an additional fee. The price for this fee depends on the commission type as well as the complexity.

NSFW pieces will be displayed on a seperate social media account and will have a additional 50% fee.
​

I will send multiple work in progress pictures for approval during the drawing process. I will only move on to the next stage of the commission once it has been approved by the commissioner.

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the commission after it has previously been approved. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make. (This does not apply if a misunderstanding from my side has been made)

The time it takes to finish the commission varies depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece, health reasons, or other work/activities. Don't be afraid to reach out though!

Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image. There is no physical product included.
Copyright & usage

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
​

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, as well as in publications such as art books.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit to me with a link to any of my social platforms.

You may not make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, selling prints, etc.)
​

You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent. This includes using any form of AI generation.

You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. Making prints for personal use is allowed.

The following is considered copyright infringement:​

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.)

Claiming the artwork as your own

Altering the artwork without my consent

Cancelation & refund policy

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
​

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
​

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
